[/caption]So many brands of cars roaming the streets of Indonesia. The automaker continues to serve the line-up cars to satisfy the people of Indonesia. However, from a variety of car brands, which one is the most minimal problem?
Through surveys Indonesia Initial Quality Study, by JD Power Asia Pacific tried to measure the problems experienced by the cars on the market.
IIQS conduct a survey to the 2421 owners of new vehicles between October 2009 until July 2010. This study evaluated 57 models of passenger vehicles from 15 brands in Indonesia.
The survey was conducted by measuring how many of the problems experienced by buyers of new cars during the 2-6 months after buying the car. All problems are summarized in figure called Reported Problems per 100 Vehicles (PP100). The lower the score the lower the car problem and thus has a higher quality.
"High commitment to improving the quality of vehicles is very important for car manufacturers to gain the trust and loyalty from buyers of new cars in Indonesia," said Rajeev Nair, Senior Manager JD Power Asia Pacific, Singapore as reported in the press release on Monday (3/28/2011).
J.D. Studies Power also showed that 70 percent of new car buyers rely on information from colleagues and family before buying a new model.
Buyers who do a search on the Internet also increased to more than 14 percent.
What are the cars most minimal problems as long as 2-6 months? Following list:
1. Premium Compact Car Segment
Suzuki SX4 ranked at the top with a value of 72 PP 100. The car is already 2 years in a row with the same number. While rivals Honda Jazz scored 78 Suzuki Swift 83 PP100 and PP100.
2. Entry SUV
Daihatsu Terios scored 76 PP100. Terios beat Isuzu Panther with a value of 77 PP100. Toyota Rush models that scored 80 PP100.
3. SUV
Toyota Fortuner became king with a score of 50 PP 100 followed by the Honda CR-V (53 100PP) and Nissan X-Trail (59 PP100).
4. Entry MPV
Daihatsu Luxio get the highest score among the Suzuki APV and Daihatsu Xenia. Daihatsu Luxio mandapatkan number 84 followed by Suzuki APV PP100 106 PP100 110 PP100 and Xenia.
5. Medium MPV
Kijang Innova managed to come out as winners with a value of 58 PP100, followed by Nissan Grand Livia premises 65 PP100 and PP100 Honda Freed 82.
