Many unemployed Zimbabwean Government officials Nearly half of Zimbabwe's civil servants have no job qualifications or does not work, says leaked World Bank report.

Officers found one of the ministry's audit of Zimbabwe lifted nearly 7,000 new civil servants in one day before the second round of presidential elections in 2008.
